About GlobeSurfer® II 7.2 (Model: GS 0201)
GlobeSurfer® II 7.2 Wireless voice / data gateway is a complete,
top-performance Fixed Mobile Convergence device, offering up to 7.2
Mbps wireless data connectivity on public HSDPA networks, combined with
support for legacy telephone services.
GlobeSurfer® II 7.2 offers Internet access to any Wi-Fi equipped PC,
without need for a fixed line public network connection. No need either
for any additional software installation on the PC. Because it uses the
mobile public network for Internet connectivity, GlobeSurfer® II 7.2 is
ideal for workgroups working in temporary locations.
It is also the easiest to use solution to complement or replace a fixed
line access at home. The completely wireless configuration enables free
placement inside the house, thereby optimizing radio reception, even in
difficult environments.
Moreover, GlobeSurfer® II 7.2 offers traditional circuit-switched
telephony service by simply plugging any plain telephone set to its
analog RJ11 connector.
GlobeSurfer® II 7.2 sleek and elegant design, and intuitive user
interface, including an easy to read, informative display and its web
based control panel, ensure wide acceptance in private and professional
environments.
